Managed by the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) and funded by the European Union, the ACP-EU Towards a Viable Cultural Industry Programme, ACP-EU CULTURE, aims to strengthen the potential of the cultural and creative sector and its contribution to the social and economic development of African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries. The programme aims to foster entrepreneurship and cultural innovation, create new jobs and increase earnings for artists and cultural professionals. It also seeks to enhance the quality of ACP cultural productions and value artists and creatives from OACPS countries in regional and international markets.
